Returns for Wrong Size
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the item delivered is not the correct size ordered by the customer.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned within 2–3 days after delivery
- The original packaging must be intact
Exchange Process
If you receive a wrong size, you can request an exchange for the correct size (subject to availability). Customers may be required to cover the return delivery cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size selection made by the customer
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if the requested size is not available for exchange. Approved refunds will be made within a few business days after the item is received and inspected.
Payment on Delivery
For Payment on Delivery orders, customers are advised to check the item upon delivery. Once accepted, the return policy conditions apply as stated above.
